Questions worth asking first
Will the replies sound like a robot wrote them?
That is the part we spent the most time on. You choose a tone, add a signature, ban phrases you hate, and paste replies you have written before — the model matches your cadence rather than producing "We appreciate your feedback!" forever. Every draft stays editable before it goes out.
What happens with a one-star review?
By default it is held, not sent. You get an email within minutes, a draft waiting in the approval inbox, and full control over what actually gets published. Rules are per star rating, so you decide where the line sits.
Do I need a Google API key or a developer account?
No. You sign in with the Google account that owns your Business Profile and pick the location. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to read reviews and post your replies.
What if I run several locations?
Each location is its own workspace with its own voice, rules, and metrics, and the dashboard aggregates across all of them. Agency plans lift the reply cap entirely.
Can I cancel or export?
Yes. Reviews and replies export to CSV at any time, and cancelling drops you to the free tier rather than locking you out of your own history.
